A client decides how they feel about your salon before they sit in the chair. The greeting, the smell, the floor, and whether someone looks up when they walk in all land in those first minutes.
When I walk a salon with an owner, we start there: the entrance, the welcome, and the first thing a client sees at the station. Those details are small, and they are what people remember.
